Open Heavens Series

This series was birthed in my heart over the last four years. I love the gorgeous views and the large sky that draw you in. But more than the views, I am compelled to pray for the breakout of the grace of God over our region and the United States. He LOVES our land.

It is an interactive process, worship, prayer and paint. I love the engagement with the Father. I’m an intercessor first, an artist second and these paintings come out of that place of great hope, often tears, and most of all love for our land.

Breakthrough Over Adelsheim

Painted in season of prayer over the glorious land of Oregon. I love the drama in the skies displaying the creativity of God.

A New Day Coming

This is a moment of light breaking through the storm filled skies onto the valley below, changing the atmosphere. I see God in control of the massive movement of weather. He is so big over the land and we are so small, yet he gives us a voice to cry out along with Him, in relationship, as his sons and daughters for his overarching hand to shifts things.

It is a prophetic prayer done in a series of four paintings done over the last four years.

Youngberg Grace

This is a view of “Youngberg Hill” winery in the Willamette Valley. I painted this in 2022 as our church was fasting and praying over our region. I painted part of it during our worship service. It is glorious land with a dramatic sky overhead. Wine is famous in our region, the dirt is rich, my prayer is that Christ would be famous here.

I painted this of the hill around the Allison Inn in Newberg. It is glorious all year round, but especially in the fall.

This painting displays the beauty of the war in the skies over us that ultimately results in the breakthrough of light. It is an ever evolving cycle, a storm to peace and light.
