The Creative Process

It all begins with an idea and and inspiration from the Lord. I plan the composition and create a preliminary sketch to outline the main elements.

The initial layer establishes the shapes, colors, and values of the painting. I add multiple layers of color to add depth and detail.

Then I make corrections with certain color, details, and textures. The final touches are added so the viewer can experience the life of the painting.
